Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with excellent customer service.
• Anticipate and exceed guest needs.
• Delegate tasks and maintain quality during shifts.
• Welcome and train new crew members.
• Handle customer complaints with urgency and tact.
• Follow directions and work with a team.
• Maintain clean workstations and guest areas.
• Operate coffee, sandwich, ovens and other equipment.
• Process POS transactions accurately.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
