Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts in Pawtucket, RI currently seeks a Store Shift Manager for afternoon and evening shifts. You will lead the afternoon/night team, manage scheduling, and uphold Dunkin standards while delivering fast, friendly service to customers.

Qualifications

• Dunkin Shift Manager experience required.
• Five days per week with weekends as a must.
• Availability to work 12:00 PM–8:00 PM or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM.
• Lead and support the afternoon/night team.
• Help manage afternoon scheduling and call-outs.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the afternoon and evening team to maintain service standards.
• Oversee shift operations, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate scheduling and handle callouts to keep coverage.
• Ensure adherence to Dunkin standards and customer service excellence.
• Communicate daily with Network Management as required.
