Dunkin' Donuts in Pawtucket, RI currently seeks a Store Shift Manager for afternoon and evening shifts. The role is a 35-40 hour per week opportunity with competitive wages and an attractive benefits package. We are looking for responsible leaders to own the store during peak hours and ensure smooth operations.

You will lead the afternoon/night team, manage scheduling, and uphold Dunkin standards while delivering fast, friendly service to customers.

Competenze

• Dunkin Shift Manager experience required.
• Five days per week with weekends as a must.
• Availability to work 12:00 PM–8:00 PM or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM.
• Lead and support the afternoon/night team.
• Help manage afternoon scheduling and call-outs.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure standards.

• Lead and motivate the afternoon and evening team to maintain service standards.
• Oversee shift operations, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate scheduling and handle callouts to keep coverage.
• Ensure adherence to Dunkin standards and customer service excellence.
