Braum's is hiring a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations at the Alma location. You will lead the store crew, ensure high food quality, and maximize sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lead and develop store crew and promote a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
