Braum's Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store crew, coach team members, and drive customer satisfaction and high food quality. You will oversee shift operations across Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain sales, while monitoring inventory, equipment, safety, and cleanliness.

The role emphasizes training, accountability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with rotating weeks and a 45-hour schedule. Requires strong communication and 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
