Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily operations during the 5:30 am–3:00 pm shift. You will lead a store crew, coach team members, and ensure food quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with store policies.

The role reports to the Assistant Manager and requires at least 1 year of experience and a high school diploma. This position offers annual compensation in the low to mid-$30k range with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Retail/food service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to adapt to store conditions and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and lead store crew members.
• Maximize store sales via customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee shift operations for food service, grocery, and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure store policies are followed.
