Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store crew, drive customer satisfaction, and maximize sales. The role covers the Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain operations, with a focus on teamwork and adherence to policies.

The position requires leadership ability, retail experience, and a High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum age of 21. Work hours are 5:30 am to 3:00 pm on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
