Job summary

Braum's Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee the food service shift, grocery market and fountain sales, ensuring excellent customer experience and strong sales. The role emphasizes coaching the team, maintaining food quality, inventory oversight, and adherence to Braum's policies.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Work hours are 5:30 am - 3:00 pm with a rotating schedule and approximately 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
