Qualifications

• The ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to read a measuring tape and ruler.
• Ability to use basic shop math.
• Ability to learn and follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Operate singlefacers to produce high quality output.
• Adjust medium roll stand and preconditioner settings.
• Adjust liner roll stand and preheater settings.
• Assist the slitter operator to determine optimum run speeds.
• Prepare singleface liner rolls and splicers.
• Prepare down rolls for storage and label them.
• Assist the doublebacker operator.
• Support other corrugator operations when the machine is down.
• Change run sequences to improve throughput without delaying deliveries.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Clean the singlefacers.
• Complete accurate records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
