Job summary

MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, WA is seeking a Staff RN to join our hospital-based team. This 0.9 FTE position offers evening shifts (15:00-03:30) with 12-hour shifts and alternating weekends, supporting a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or MLS (Multistate License endorsement)
• BLS certification is required
• ACLS, PALS, NALS, TNCC or NRP certifications as required by facility/department
• BSN preferred; Bachelor's degree in nursing
• One year of acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating continuously
• Use nursing knowledge to provide care following hospital policies and nursing process
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and staff
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds
