Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in Washington state or MLS endorsement.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS Certification required.
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP as required by facility or department.
• Certification in specialty area preferred.

Aufgaben

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating continuously.
• Use nursing process per hospital policies to deliver care.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
