Job summary

MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, WA is seeking a staff RN for an 0.8 FTE Eve shift (1430-2300) with call and holiday rotations. This hospital-based role focuses on evidence-based nursing, patient advocacy, and multidisciplinary collaboration to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent education within five years of hire.
• RN license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification as required by department.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Apply nursing process per hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care across diverse backgrounds.
