Job summary

South Health and Rehabilitation seeks a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long‑term care and rehabilitation team. You will provide direct nursing care, support rehabilitation plans, and work with clinicians to maintain high standards of care.

The role requires an active RN license, strong geriatric and rehab nursing skills, and excellent communication. Evening shifts (3pm–11pm) and a supportive environment to mentor nursing assistants are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification must be current.
• Experience in geriatric and rehabilitation care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in long-term care and rehabilitation.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health status.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care team on plans.
• Educate residents and families about care plans.
