Job summary

NHS Management, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation team. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, monitor health conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to implement individualized care plans.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in Alabama, have experience in geriatric or rehab settings, and possess solid documentation skills. BLS/CPR is required, ACLS a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Alabama.
• New grads encouraged to apply.
• Experience in geriatric care, long-term care, or rehabilitation nursing strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical protocols and state/federal regulations.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS a plus).

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care as a key member of our RN team.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, perform assessments, and document changes accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and RN protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other Registered Nurses and healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain up-to-date and compliant RN documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for all residents.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other direct care staff.

Position Overview: Registered Nurse (RN)

We are actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
