Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Little Falls, MN is actively seeking Resident Assistants. This role involves compassionate caregiving across daily activities, including bathing, grooming, meals, and dementia support.

Training is provided, and you will be part of a supportive team that values each resident's dignity. Engagement includes varied shifts with opportunities for full-time or part-time schedules, compensation up to $19.50/hour based on experience, and potential CNA certification

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study
• Ability to perform intimate care tasks with dignity and respect
• Must be 18 years or older; CNA not required but allowed for younger applicants

• Applicants over the age of 18 are not required to be CNAs. However, individuals under the age of 18 must hold a CNA certification to be eligible

Schedule & Compensation

Shifts: Flexible shifts, including 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, with rotating weekends.

• Wages: Up to $19.50/hour based on experience, includes shift differential
• Referral Bonus: Ask us for more details!
• Up to $400 bonus ( $100 bonus when you reach 160, 320, 480, 640 hours worked)
