Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Cloquet, MN is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants to support residents with daily living, mobility, and care in a home-like setting.

Shifts include 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM with rotating weekends; pay up to $19/hour based on experience; benefits include PTO, health and dental insurances, a 401(k), and CNA certification reimbursement during employment, with DHS background clearance required.

What You Bring

• MUST PASS a DHS background Study
• Being able to complete these tasks while providing a supportive and dignified environment in which our aging population can thrive.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.
