Job summary

Ravago in Manchester, TN is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Technician to lead the safe, efficient production of quality material that meets customer requirements. This role works in a non-climate controlled environment and adheres to all Quality, Safety and Environmental procedures.

Responsibilities include moving and packaging raw and finished goods, performing changeovers, using an overhead crane, labeling boxes, collecting quality samples, and maintaining accurate box sheets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe and efficient production to meet customer requirements.
• Move, load and package raw and finished goods.
• Complete box sheets with numbers, weights and Conforming/Non-Conforming status.
• Label boxes with Product ID and weights.
• Retrieve a quality sample from each box for inspections.
• Perform product changeovers to prevent contamination.
• Operate an overhead crane to transfer blending totes to the extruder.
• Uphold Ravago’s Code of Conduct.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
