Job summary

Weber Packaging Solutions Inc in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production, and coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain.

You will lead and train team members, drive continuous improvement, manage production records, and support planning and materials needs while adhering to GMP, safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production, including 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Printing or label manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet scheduling, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Lead, train, coach, and support production employees to ensure strong performance and safety.
• Provide daily direction on the manufacturing floor and communicate priorities clearly to team members.
• Monitor production processes, materials, and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Partner with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support product quality and production flow.
• Promote and enforce compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry standards.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to increase productivity and reduce waste.
