Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
• Printing or label manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Working knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production-related systems.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments.
• Knowledge of GMP, forklift operation, ISO 9001, OSHA regulations, and workplace safety practices preferred.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet scheduling, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Lead, train, coach, and support production employees to ensure strong performance and adherence to safety procedures.
• Provide daily direction on the manufacturing floor and communicate priorities clearly to team members.
• Monitor production processes, materials, and equipment to identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Partner with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support product quality, equipment reliability, and production flow.
• Promote and enforce compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable industry standards.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve workplace safety.
• Manage non-conformances and assist with corrective and preventive actions as needed.
• Organize equipment repair and routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management review.
• Order materials and equipment as needed to support production operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
