Job summary

Mt. Olive Pickle Company Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead operations on the production floor of a high-speed food manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• High school education plus GMP training in Acidified Foods.
• 3 years of experience in production processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; must speak read and write English; conversational Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, food safety and quality rules are followed and employees are properly trained.
• Monitor SOPs and GMP compliance across shifts.
• Coordinate departmental activities to ensure on-schedule start-ups and efficient production.
• Assign tasks to staff based on daily production needs and optimize equipment usage.
• Manage reports and records, and ensure safe, sanitary work areas.
