Qualifications

• Requires two years of college or technical school in mechanical maintenance or related field.
• Five to seven years of experience in mechanical processes and equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees installation, maintenance and repair of production equipment on one shift.
• Directs preventive maintenance and collaborates with production to implement improvements.
• Maintains safety, housekeeping and proper documentation; supervises Maintenance Technicians.
