Work schedule is Monday–Saturday during peak season, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with shifts adjusted to department needs. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus basic reading, writing in English, and math skills.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Operates pasteurizer controls and adjusts temperature per specifications.
• Monitors water, steam, and belt operations and records readings.
• Records temperature readings and HACCP checks every 45 minutes.
• Performs routine cleaning of screens and holding tanks to maintain water flow.
• Maintains safety, housekeeping and compliance with company policies.
