Job summary

Mt. Olive Pickle Company Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan, monitor, and control unloading, tanking, transporting, and storing cucumbers and related stock under the direction of the Outside Production Superintendent.

You will coordinate with QA and maintenance to keep operations efficient and safe. The role requires strong supervisory abilities, experience in production processes, and proficiency with Excel and the MS Office suite.

Qualifications

• Post high school degree preferred and additional training in production.
• Minimum 3–5 years in production processes with mechanical know-how.
• Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication; Excel proficiency.
• Forklift operation certification and ability to handle chemicals per safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Directs unloading and storage of stock to meet production needs and prevent deterioration.
• Oversees tanking and coordination with QA to obtain tanks and fill stock.
• Maintains inventory and records for traceability of stock and processing.
• Directs washing, sorting, and sizing of stock and repair of bins as needed.
• Monitors safety, SOPs, GMPs, and training to ensure compliance.
