Job summary

The role supports team goals and requires reliability and a willingness to learn new tasks. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM, with weekends off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months related experience or training preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform in-process quality checks and document results.
• Replenish supplies and weigh ingredients for processing.
• Attach labels and ensure correct packaging.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and follow GMPs and safety procedures.
• Support team goals and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Cross-train in other roles to promote flexibility.
