Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor in Hudson, NH to lead molding and secondary production lines, ensuring smooth operation and on-time delivery. This direct-hire role requires organizing a team, monitoring performance, and upholding safety standards.

You will oversee timecards, training, and policy implementation, while coordinating with quality and other departments to meet production goals. Strong leadership and ERP familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leadership experience in plastics injection molding or related industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong supervisory and people-management skills.
• Knowledge of production practices, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures.
• Experience with ERP software (DELMIAWorks preferred).
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand molded part defects.
• Machining experience with CNC Lathe and Milling equipment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily production operations on molding and secondary production lines, ensuring timely start-ups and smooth workflow.
• Supervising all production activities and staff, maintaining visibility across the shift.
• Supporting the safety program, identifying and addressing safety issues.
• Monitoring and reporting on production metrics, material usage, scrap, and downtime; updating ERP systems.
• Coordinating with quality control and other departments to maintain productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Managing personnel matters including timecards, vacation approvals, overtime, hiring, and training.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by all team members.
• Facilitating effective communication across shifts and functional areas.
• Promoting a safe work environment and completing required safety training.
