Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Prior forklift experience required (1+ year preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating or maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality inspections and testing across shift to identify defects.
• Adjust production parameters and train to operate production line.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety policies, and documentation standards.
• Move materials using pallet jacks and forklifts; support material flow.
• Record shift reports and complete checklists.
