Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Production Team Leader in the United States to guide and develop production teams, ensure adherence to quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

You will coordinate resources, implement short interval management, and partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to optimize schedules and meet cost targets. The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing manufacturing production (assembly, processing, or packaging).
• Strong leadership with team development and performance management.
• Experience with production planning, resource allocation, and maintenance scheduling.
• Successful implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor production teams to achieve optimal performance while aligning with quality standards and targets.
• Coordinate resource allocation and develop training plans to enhance team capabilities and standardized work.
• Drive short interval management at the sector level, escalate critical issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to optimize production schedules.
• Monitor production activities to meet specifications, cost targets, and quality standards while minimizing waste.
