Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but equivalent experience accepted.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing, with leadership experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production activities to meet schedules while managing cost, quality, and lead time.
• Identify training needs, coach and develop team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes using lean methods.
• Set goals, manage attendance, address performance and disciplinary matters.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance as part of daily operations.
• Monitor and drive team performance toward objectives.
