Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead end-to-end production execution across shifts. You will coordinate people, equipment, and priorities, driving throughput, quality, and safety on the 1st shift (6:00 a.m.

– 2:30 p.m.) with flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed. You will oversee training, process improvements, and people management, fostering a safety-first culture and cross-functional collaboration to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and systems in production environments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste.
• Past supervisory experience in manufacturing settings is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for team and stakeholder interaction.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and solve issues.
