The role includes recruiting, coaching, and developing staff, driving continuous improvement, coordinating line moves, and managing maintenance, tooling, and equipment updates with external vendors.

• Direct and oversee the Machine Support group to meet production schedules.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained by the team.
• Recruit, interview and hire Process Engineers, Industrial Techs and Machine Support Techs.
• Coach staff in interviewing/hiring processes and monitor turnover.
• Develop training curricula and coach tooling department staff for excellence.
• Establish clear goals and measurable metrics for performance evaluation.
• Coordinate large teams and manage crisis response to keep operations on track.
• Plan line moves, supervise equipment maintenance and updates, and manage vendor schedules.
