Marvin is hiring a Production Associate in Cavalier, ND. The role trains you across all production tasks and supports a climate-controlled facility where safety matters most.

You’ll assemble products with tools and automated equipment, read instructions on a screen, and help keep lines running smoothly. Expect English communication in writing and speech, collaboration with supervisors, and cross-training across departments for variety and increased earnings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use computer-based instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, this could include drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
