Marvin is hiring a Production Associate in North Dakota. You will be trained in every aspect of the role, moving throughout a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety comes first. Build windows with tools and automated equipment, and communicate clearly in English to collaborate with your team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical/material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety to your workday and increase earnings.
