Job summary

Marvin is looking for a production associate in North Dakota to join a climate-controlled facility where safety comes first. You will be trained across all aspects of the role and help assemble products using tools and automated equipment.

You will read instructions in English, communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, and work with your supervisor to troubleshoot issues. Cross-training across departments increases variety and earning potential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or material issues with supervisor guidance.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments for variety and growth.
