Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Production Associate in North Dakota. You will be trained in all aspects of the role and set up for success, manufacturing window products in a climate-controlled facility where safety is the top priority.

You will operate tools and automated equipment, read instructions on a computer screen, and collaborate with your supervisor to troubleshoot issues. Cross-training across departments offers variety and potential for higher earnings.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and equipment, including drilling, measuring, cutting, or sawing.
• Communicate clearly in English to perform tasks and collaborate with teammates.
• Read on-screen instructions to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or material issues with supervisor guidance.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to add variety and increase earning potential.
