Job summary

Marvin is seeking a production associate to join our clean, climate-controlled facility in North Dakota. You will be trained across all aspects of the role and contribute to building windows while prioritizing safety.

Responsibilities include assembling products with tools and automated equipment, reading on-screen instructions, and collaborating with supervisors to resolve issues. Overtime is required on all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written and visual instructions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using various tools and automated equipment.
• Read and follow computer screen instructions to locate parts and deliver to production lines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or material issues with supervisor guidance.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to increase flexibility and pay.
