Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is seeking a confident, reliable Closing Shift Lead to own the evening shift, support the crew through the dinner rush, and ensure the store is clean, stocked, and ready for the next morning. You’ll lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and jump in wherever help is needed.

Responsibilities include leading the evening crew, assigning tasks, maintaining cookie quality, and handling customer concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or retail leadership experience is helpful and valued.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work closing shifts (4:00 PM–10:30 PM) including Fridays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the evening crew.
• Assign stations, delegate tasks, and keep the shift on schedule.
• Maintain excellent cookie quality and presentation.
• Support baking, decorating, packaging, and guest service.
• Handle customer concerns with confidence and professionalism.

Closing Shift Lead - Crumbl Cookies

Crumbl is looking for a confident, reliable Closing Shift Lead who can keep the energy high, the cookies beautiful, and the team moving in the right direction. You'll take ownership of the evening shift, support your crew through the dinner rush, and make sure the store is clean, stocked, and ready to succeed the next morning.

This role is designed for someone who leads by example, stays calm when things get busy, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever help is needed.

Pay and Schedule

Earn $17–$21 per hour, including tips.

Closing shifts typically run from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Availability on both Friday and Saturday is required, along with dependable, year-round availability.

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.

As a Closing Shift Lead, you'll be the person your team looks to for direction, encouragement, and answers. You'll:

Candidates must be available to work closing shifts from approximately 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM, including both Fridays and Saturdays.
