Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is seeking a confident Closing Shift Lead to own the evening shift, guide the crew through the dinner rush, and ensure the store is clean, stocked, and ready for the next morning. You’ll lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and jump in to help wherever needed.

You will supervise the team, maintain high cookie quality, and handle closing duties including cash handling and shift documentation, while meeting safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation home after closing.
• Available for closing shifts 4:00 PM–10:30 PM, Fridays and Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the evening crew.
• Assign stations, delegate tasks, and keep the shift on schedule.
• Maintain cookie quality and presentation.
• Support baking, decorating, packaging, and guest service.
• Handle customer concerns with confidence and professionalism.
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and company standards.
• Complete closing checklists, cash-handling duties, and shift documentation.
• Coordinate cleaning, restocking, and preparation for the next morning.
• Communicate important updates to store leadership.
