Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical and electrical maintenance of plant equipment. You will assemble, install, and service systems, troubleshoot machinery, and follow preventative maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities include coordinating with third-party vendors, keeping maintenance records, and ensuring safety and organization across the facility. The role requires 1+ year of experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and proficiency with basic hand tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in maintenance or similar role.
• Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfort using common hand tools and basic repair skills.
• Able to work in a warehouse/office environment with noise and temperature changes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant and equipment mechanically and electrically.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations as needed.
• Adjust, repair, and troubleshoot equipment; ensure maintenance schedule adherence.
• Manage maintenance room inventory and spare parts.
• Complete and sign off on work orders and vendor verifications.
