Job summary

Align Behavioral Health is seeking an Intensive In-Community (IIC) clinician in New Jersey to deliver weekly face-to-face sessions with youth aged 5–20 and their families, based on individualized service plans. You will complete assessments, develop measurable treatment goals, and document progress alongside a care team.

Licensed or license-eligible clinicians (LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC/LMFT/psychologist) with a NJ driver’s license are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field.
• NJ license or license eligibility: LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist.
• Valid NJ driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Availability for after school and evening hours.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly face to face sessions with youth ages 5 through 20 and their caregivers, based on the Individual Service Plan.
• Complete assessments and build IIC treatment plans with measurable goals tied to the authorized need.
• Submit treatment plans in CYBER before authorizations expire, and write a progress note for every session.
• Participate in Child Family Team meetings and coordinate with the assigned Care Manager.
• Provide safety planning within scope and coordinate with Mobile Response when needed.
• Attend clinical supervision and QA review.
