Zusammenfassung

Align Behavioral Health NJ is seeking an Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinician to provide weekly face-to-face sessions with youth ages 5–20 and their caregivers, based on the Individual Service Plan. We train you, even if you have no prior IIC or related experience.

You will assess, create IIC treatment plans, document progress, attend Child Family Team meetings, and coordinate with the Care Manager. A Master’s degree and NJ license eligibility are required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or related clinical field.
• NJ license or license eligibility: LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist. Awaiting license number is acceptable.
• Valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school and evening hours.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, not required.

Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinician

Align Behavioral Health | NJ | W2 | Flexible evening and weekend hours

No prior IIC, CSOC, or CYBER experience required. New graduates and newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply. We train you.

Align provides Intensive In-Community services to youth and families through the New Jersey Children's System of Care. Our clinicians meet youth where they live their lives: at home, at school, and in the community. You build your schedule around your availability, and your caseload grows as your comfort grows.

What you will do

• Participate in Child Family Team meetings and coordinate with the assigned Care Manager

What you need
