Job summary

Ashtabula Regional Medical Center is seeking a food service supervisor to oversee the evening shift and ensure patients' nutritional needs are met. You will prepare meals for regular and modified diets under the direction of the Director of Food Service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to read and follow recipes and policies, and at least two years of food service experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand recipes and written policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the evening shift.
