Job summary

Ashtabula County Medical Center is seeking a Nutrition Services supervisor to oversee the evening shift and ensure patients\' nutritional needs are met. You will supervise meal preparation for regular and modified diets under the Director of Food Service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to read and follow recipes and policies, and at least two years of food service experience.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Perform duties in a way that ensures the safety of all using the services and facilities of your department and Glenbeigh.
• Ability to read, write and understand recipes and written policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the evening shift or in the absence of the supervisor.
• Ensure that the patient’s nutritional needs are met.
• Prepares meals for the regular and modified patient diets as determined.
• Works under the direction and supervision of the Director of Food Service.
