Nordstrom is seeking a Maintenance Tech 2 in Dubuque, IA to execute a preventative maintenance program and troubleshoot building and material handling systems, including conveyors and electrical controls. You will support the Operations team by designing maintenance solutions and leading preventive maintenance procedures.

The role requires 3+ years of experience with conveyors and building maintenance, strong tool knowledge, and solid communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with conveyors, electrical systems, and building maintenance.
• Advanced knowledge of operation and repair of material handling equipment.
• Basic knowledge of controls systems and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair material handling systems & conveyors.
• Diagnose electrical and electronic control systems using test equipment.
• Lead preventative maintenance procedures and assist in training service technicians.
