Qualifications

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and complete written forms required; related experience preferred.
• On the job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning tasks in assigned area following a 7-step process.
• Follows maintenance schedule for floors and carpets.
• Cleans fixtures, furnishings, walls, floors, stairwells, and exteriors of equipment.
• Empties trash, relines containers and handles waste disposal.
• Replenishes disposable items such as soap, toilet paper and towels.
• Moves and resets furnishings after completing the job.
• Cares for all floor care methods including stripping, refinishing and buffing.
