Qualifications

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions; related experience preferred.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning tasks following a 7-step cleaning process.
• Maintains floors and carpets according to schedule.
• Cleans fixtures, furnishings, walls, woodwork, floors, and exteriors of equipment.
• Empties trash and relines containers; operates compactor if needed.
• Replenishes disposable items such as soap, toilet paper, and towels.
• Moves and resets furnishings after job completion.
• Performs all floor care tasks including mopping, stripping, refinishing, and burnishing.
