Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking an Operations Team member at the Grove City Diesel Engine Remanufacturing Facility. This role focuses on supporting remanufacturing operations change management and ensuring daily production line reliability.

The candidate should be a change agent with strong collaboration skills in a matrix organization and must work onsite. The position emphasizes leading front-line manufacturing, driving continuous improvement, Lean principles, and a team-oriented culture to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 5 years manufacturing experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience supervising large teams is a plus.
Diesel engine assembly experience.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S concepts.

Responsibilities

Oversee front-line manufacturing employees to ensure reliability.
Lead and drive continuous improvement projects focused on safety and productivity.
Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Identify tooling, fixturing, and process improvements and estimate costs.
Communicate progress and issues to the business and build team accountability.
