Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must have a high school diploma, GED or GED equivalent, or a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Must be able to pass all internal testing related to fabrication, machining, assembly, and maintenance.
- Must be willing to operate overhead cranes and industrial trucks.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance duties related to manufacturing shop operations.
- Repair and maintain hand tools.
- Operate pollution control and hazardous waste equipment.
- Conduct safety inspections.
- Perform dry cycle operations on all machines.
- Diagnose and perform basic plumbing, mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Must have working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Interact with operators and work independently with minimal direction.
- Ensure quality of work per methods and instructions.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
