Aviata at Lakeside Oaks in Dunedin, FL is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our compassionate team. You will provide direct resident care and support, work in a friendly team environment, and contribute to high-quality senior care.

We value empathy and reliability, offering training and orientation for caregivers. Walk-in interviews are available Wednesdays, with full-time and part-time shifts and a supportive benefits package for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Florida CNA license is required or active certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct care to residents and patients in accordance with applicable laws and standards.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Provide companionship and conversation to residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Assist in dining, including escorting residents and serving meals.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
