Aviata at The Palms in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time Evening and Night shifts. You will provide direct resident care in a family/team environment, supporting daily living activities and safety while fostering dignity and independence.

Requirements include a state-approved CNA certification and a high school diploma or GED. We offer benefits, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) with match, and family health coverage in a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of state-approved CNA certification course.
• Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level.
• Ability to treat and care for seniors with dignity and respect.
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner.
• Caregivers must complete new hire orientation.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct care to residents in accordance with laws and standards.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Aid in daily tasks such as laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and status.
• Conduct rounds to monitor hazards or incidents.
• Assist in dining including escorting residents and serving meals.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Other duties as assigned.
