Aviata at The Bay is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Tampa, FL. You will provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing setting, focusing on dignity, comfort, and independence while adhering to regulations and life care standards.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a state-approved CNA certification course.
• Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to perform duties.
• Ability to treat and care for seniors with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents, including daily living activities and mobility.
• Assist with daily tasks such as laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Administer medication reminders and observe changes in residents’ condition.
• Conduct rounds to monitor hazards or incidents.
• Escort residents to dining, serve meals, and clean up.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
