Job summary

Aviata at Lakeside Oaks in Dunedin, FL is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. You will provide direct care, assist with daily living activities, and offer companionship to residents, delivering care in a supportive family/team environment.

Requirements include a Florida CNA license and a High School diploma or GED. Walk-in interviews are available Wednesdays from 10a-3p. Competitive benefits and potential for growth are offered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct care to residents and patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility
• Provide companionship and conversation to residents
• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents
• Assist in dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and clean-up
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and status
• Other duties as assigned
